Moritz Gold

Dr. Moritz Gold is a researcher affiliated with the Professorship for Sustainable Food Processing at ETH Zurich's Department of Health Sciences and Technology. His work focuses on scalable approaches to recycle biowaste into marketable products, aiming to reduce environmental impact, offset waste management costs, and improve public health. He is currently a visiting researcher at the Singapore-ETH Center.
