Morgan Denzer

Morgan Denzer is an Instructor in the Department of Food Science at the University of Arkansas, affiliated with Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences. Their research focuses on meat science, high-pressure processing (HPP), and food color chemistry.
