Prof. Dr. Monique VAN ERUM serves as a Senior Lecturer at Hasselt University within the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences, specifically in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy. She is affiliated with both the Rehabilitation Sciences Research Group and the Biomedical Research Institute, working from Campus Diepenbeek in Office RWS-0.31.
Her research focuses on Rehabilitation Sciences, particularly in competency development and innovative educational approaches for physiotherapy students. Her work centers around improving learning outcomes through structured educational pathways and competency mapping in the bachelor's program for Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy (REKI).
