Monika Wereńska

Monika Wereńska, PhD in Engineering, is a faculty member at the Department of Food Technology and Nutrition at Wrocław University of Economics. She serves as Vice Dean for Student Affairs, handling administrative and student-related duties. Her research focuses on food technology, nutrition, and functional foods, with an emphasis on dietary science and food processing.
