Monika Michalcová

Monika Michalcová is affiliated with the Institute of Public Policy at Comenius University in Bratislava. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Arts, Comenius University, and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies under the supervision of Professor Emília Sičáková-Beblavá. Her research focuses on social family policies, particularly analyzing factors influencing fertility rates and their temporal dynamics in the Visegrad countries. She has collaborated on projects such as 'Behavioural Interventions in Local Government' (APVV-18-0435) and worked as a research assistant at the Swedish University in Umeå on the 'Party Government in Europe Database' project. Additionally, she has taught courses including 'Technics of Academic Writing' and 'Comparative Public Policy' at the Institute of Public Policy.
