Monika Kędziora

Monika Kędziora is a Professor (prof. AMP) at the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, Poland, affiliated with the Institute of Music Composition and Theory. She holds a habilitation (doktor habilitowany) from the Grażyna and Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łódź (2013) and has received national honors including the Bronze Medal for Long Service (2010) and the 'Meritorious for Polish Culture' badge.

Her research focuses on composition and music theory, specializing in Polish contemporary music. She explores compositional techniques, musical temporality, and the works of Polish composers like Roman Maciejewski and Florian Dąbrowski. Her publications demonstrate interdisciplinary analysis of music-text relationships, historical contexts, and philosophical dimensions of musical structure.
