Dr. Monika Badura, DSc, is a Professor at the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biology, Department of Plant Ecology. She leads the Laboratory of Paleoecology and Archaeobotany, focusing on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of plant ecology, archaeobotany, and environmental history. Her work spans diverse geographic regions, including Poland, Tunisia, Sudan, and Georgia.
Research interests include:
- Paleoecology and reconstruction of past environments
