Monika Øgård

Monika Øgård is a PhD Research Fellow and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Education, Faculty of Humanities and Education, University of Agder, Norway. Her work focuses on vocational education, emphasizing school-work life collaboration, reflective learning, and assessment practices.
