Monica F. Cox is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering Education at Purdue University's College of Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University, a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Spelman College.
