Moncef Tayahi is Associate Professor Educator in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering and Applied Science. Research focuses on high-speed electronic and photonic devices, circuits, and systems.
Investigates electrical, chemical and optical properties of smart materials to establish design rules independent of substrate materials or processing technology. Develops photonic, microelectronic and optoelectronic devices for power electronics and sensor applications.
Previously held positions at Cleveland State University, Liverpool & Xian Tong University, Rutgers University, and University of Nevada. Former Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies.
