Momoko Hayamizu

Momoko Hayamizu is an Associate Professor at Waseda University's Faculty of Science and Engineering, Department of Applied Mathematics. Her work bridges discrete mathematics with computational biology, focusing on phylogenetic tree/network analysis, single-cell RNA-seq trajectory inference, and algorithm development. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from The University of Tokyo and an M.D. from SOKENDAI.
