Research Interests: Molly's work focuses on neuroimaging in autism spectrum disorders, examining structural brain changes, neurocognitive development, and biological aging across the lifespan. She utilizes MRI to explore functional brain networks, cortical thickness, and white matter microstructure in autism, with applications to aging and health promotion.
Collaborative Projects: She has been central to longitudinal studies spanning 18 years, tracking autism from childhood to adulthood to understand cognitive, clinical, and neuroanatomical trajectories. Her team investigates social determinants of health, biological aging markers, and complex social cognition through multimodal neuroimaging.
Key Publications: Molly's research demonstrates expertise in autism-related brain volume, connectivity, and functional synchrony changes. Her work bridges neurodevelopmental, psychiatric, and gerontological domains, with a focus on reproducibility, neuroimaging methodology, and clinical applications.
