Dr. Mojtaba Salem is an Assistant Professor in Humanitarian Operations and Management Practice at Kühne Logistics University (KLU), Hamburg, Germany. He co-manages the Center for Humanitarian Logistics and Regional Development (CHORD) with Prof. Maria Besiou. His research bridges organizational behavior, leadership theory, and humanitarian logistics to enhance operational performance in crisis settings.
