Mohsen N. Soltani is an Associate Professor in Offshore Renewable Energy Systems at Aalborg University, Esbjerg. He holds a PhD in Electronics and Control Engineering (2008). His work focuses on renewable energy systems, offshore wind technology, and power electronics. He leads projects like FOSS (Floating Offshore Sub-Station), DynEfuel (reversible power-to-X), and BlueBARGE (blue bunkering solutions). He has supervised 9 PhD students and contributed to over 168 publications. Key research areas include wave energy converters, semi-submersible turbine damping systems, and energy optimization models.
