Mohammad Meybodi is a Professor of Operations Management at the School of Business, Indiana University Kokomo, where he has been actively involved in research and teaching. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Production and Operations Research from the University of Oklahoma, an M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, an M.S. in Operations Research from Syracuse University, and a B.S. in Natural Resource Engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran.

Dr. Meybodi’s research focuses on Lean Manufacturing, New Product Development, Total Quality Management (TQM), Six-Sigma, Benchmarking, and Production Planning. His work explores the integration of lean practices into product development, alignment of performance metrics, and the impact of organizational size on benchmarking strategies.
Recent publications highlight trends in Lean Manufacturing and Benchmarking, including studies on joint product development (2025), company size effects on metrics (2022), and sequential vs integrated development (2017). He has contributed to journals like Annals of Operations Research and International Journal of Product Development.
