Dr. Mohamed Ghaly is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Finance at Lancaster University Management School, Department of Accounting and Finance. He joined Lancaster in 2015 after completing doctoral studies at the University of Manchester. His primary research examines corporate financial strategies within labor market contexts.
His research interests focus on how firms' financing and investment decisions interact with strategic behavior in labor and product markets, particularly investigating how human capital influences corporate financing choices.
