Mlynek Jürgen

Jürgen Mlynek is a Professor of Experimental Physics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, with a distinguished career spanning academia and research leadership. He served as President of the Helmholtz Association (2005–2015), Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (2000–2005), and held a Vice-President role at the German Research Foundation (DFG) (1996–2001). His academic journey includes faculty positions at the University of Constance (1990–2000) and ETH Zürich (1986–1990), along with research roles at IBM and the University of Hannover.
