Mirosław Rekowski

Mirosław Rekowski is a Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the Department of Fundamentals and Design Methodology within the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Academy of Fine Arts, Gdańsk. He collaborates with WSB University and the University of Gdańsk in an educational capacity.

• Education: Graduate of the Faculty of Interior Architecture and Industrial Design at the Academy of Fine Arts, Gdańsk.

His research focuses on the role of simple objects in shaping group identity, visual message archetypes, and typography's impact on communication effectiveness. He emphasizes harmony and logical connections between project elements.

As a co-founder of the START Design Group (1993–1997) and owner of a design studio, he has authored over 100 implemented visual identity systems for clients like Sony Music, Fundacja Marka Kamińskiego, and Europejskie Centrum Solidarności.
