Mircea Epure

Mircea Epure is a Serra Hunter Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona, Spain. He also holds affiliations with the UPF-Barcelona School of Management and the Barcelona School of Economics. His academic profile includes extensive research and teaching in business economics and management.

Epure teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on Organizations and Markets, and Management Accounting and Control at Pompeu Fabra University. He has also taught at Toulouse Business School and the Autonomous University of Barcelona. His teaching spans undergraduate Organizations and Markets (2009-2025), Management Accounting (2011-2024), and Business Economics (2009-2015), as well as graduate courses including Benchmarking and Management Control, Research Topics in Business Organization, and Business Economics at the MRes/PhD level. He has delivered invited graduate lectures at the University of Padua and the Institutional & Organizational Economics Academy.
