Minna Paunova

Minna Paunova is an Associate Professor of Management at ESCP Business School, based in Madrid. She previously held a tenured position at Copenhagen Business School, where she served as an academic programme director. Her research focuses on leadership, collaboration, innovation, and equity in diverse organizational contexts. She earned her PhD in Management (cum laude) from IESE Business School, Barcelona.

Professionally, she serves as Chair of the Global Committee of the Organizational Behavior Division at the Academy of Management (AOM), an Associate Editor of Applied Psychology, and a member of editorial review boards for journals such as Human Resource Management Journal. She is also an executive coach certified by INSEAD.

Her teaching and supervision span leadership, diversity, and international management. She actively contributes to academic governance and global organizational research initiatives.
