Ming-Ching Chang

Ming-Ching Chang is an Associate Professor in Computer Science at the University at Albany's College of Nanotechnology, Science, and Engineering. He directs the Computer Vision and Machine Learning (CVML) Lab and specializes in video analytics, computer vision, and artificial intelligence. His work includes DARPA-funded projects on semantic information defense and applications in traffic monitoring and medical imaging.
