Mindy Goldstein serves as Clinical Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law, where she directs both the Turner Environmental Law Clinic and the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Program. Her work spans climate change mitigation, environmental justice, sustainable agriculture, nuclear waste regulation, and land use policy.
Professor Goldstein represents clients in complex environmental litigation and policy matters at local, state, and federal levels. Her advocacy has been covered by major media outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post, and NPR. She teaches courses in Environmental Law, Administrative Law, Contracts, and Land Use.
Her recent publications and initiatives focus on climate resilience, solar energy policy, food systems equity, and environmental justice mapping in Georgia. She has received multiple awards recognizing her leadership in environmental law and sustainability.
