Milosh Andonovski is an Academic Coordinator and Macedonian Language and Literature Teacher at American Horizons Skopje School (AHSS). He holds two master's degrees: one in Theatre Making from the University of Kent (2021) and another in Cultural Studies in Literature from the Institute for Macedonian Literature, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University (2014).

His directing portfolio includes plays like 'Physics of Sorrow' (2018), 'Hamlet' (2019), and 'God of Carnage' (2023).
Notable honors include the Chevening Scholarship (2020/21) and the Overall Artistic Achievement Award at the Risto Shishkov Theatre Festival (2019). He has been actively involved in both formal and informal education since 2015, teaching Drama to diverse audiences including high school students, educators, and adults.
