Milena Letić Lungulov is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Pedagogy within the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad. Since 2008, she has contributed to undergraduate and graduate pedagogy programs with a focus on gifted education and holistic development.

Her research spans giftedness, emphasizing extra-intellectual factors like emotional intelligence, leadership potential, and socio-demographic determinants of student success. She integrates axiological foundations and leadership education into curriculum design to nurture well-rounded personalities.
