Mikel de la Fuente

Mikel de la Fuente is a Professor in the Department of Business Law at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). His research focuses on Labor Law, Social Policy, Pensions, and the impact of Transnational Corporations in Latin America. He has authored books and articles analyzing pension systems, corporate social responsibility, and socio-economic policies in regions such as Venezuela and Chile. He directed the doctoral thesis of Elixabete Errandonea Ulazia in 2015. His work critiques neoliberal policies and explores alternatives to globalization through social movements and trade union solidarity.
