Dr. Mike Shaw is an Associate Teaching Professor at the Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship, Montana State University. He serves as a Faculty Consultant and Mentor, teaching courses in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Professional Business Communication.

Research Interests: Focuses on supply-chain management, team-based learning, organizational theory, peer-to-peer student feedback mechanisms, and global trade policy impacts on new product marketing. Integrates adult education principles into business education frameworks.
Teaching & Engagement: Teaches courses such as BGEN 204 (Business Fundamentals), BMGT 448 (Entrepreneurship), and BMGT 205 (Professional Business Communication). Active in military science education, including BGEN 215 (Career Readiness). Served as a member of the Air Force Association - Bozeman Chapter (2013–2020).
