Mike Farley

T. Michael Farley is the Gary & Sharon Van Riper Scholar of Practice Innovation and an Associate Professor at the College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, South Dakota State University. He practices at Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center, focusing on innovation in transition of care. His specialties include diabetes, anticoagulation, arrhythmia management, gastrointestinal, and infectious diseases.
