She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a Clinical Concentration and Art Therapy Minor, and an M.S. in Experimental Psychology, both from Saint Joseph's University.

She actively contributes to the multi-institutional Behavior, Emotion, Development, and Sleep (BEDS) lab in collaboration with Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), which focuses on improving pediatric sleep and disseminating evidence-based sleep information.
Her recent publications in Sleep Health and Academic Pediatrics demonstrate trends in digital health communication and clinical-practice gaps in pediatric sleep, reflecting broader themes in translational sleep medicine and health equity.
