Mihnea Moldoveanu is a Professor at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and holds the Marcel Desautels Professorship in Integrative Thinking. He serves as Director of both the Desautels Centre for Integrative Thinking and Rotman Digital. His academic career spans over two decades at Rotman, where he co-developed the concept of Integrative Thinking with Dean Roger Martin. As an entrepreneur, he founded Redline Communications, Inc., a leader in wireless broadband telecommunications equipment.
