Mihail Nazarov

Mihail Nazarov is an Associate Professor and Leading Scientific Researcher at the Laboratory of Physics of Semiconductor Compounds 'Sergiu Radautsan' within the Institute of Applied Physics, University of Moldova. His research focuses on luminescent materials, semiconductor compounds, and optical properties of advanced phosphors. He has extensive experience in synthesizing and characterizing materials like SrAl2O4:Eu2+, YTaO4:Eu3+, and YNbO4:Tb3+ through combustion methods and other techniques.
