Mihai Nechita

Mihai Nechita is a Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics, Babeș-Bolyai University, and a Researcher at the Tiberiu Popoviciu Institute of Numerical Analysis (Romanian Academy). He holds a PhD in Mathematics from University College London (2020), where he focused on unique continuation problems and stabilized finite element methods under the supervision of Erik Burman and Lauri Oksanen. His research interests span numerical analysis, partial differential equations, inverse problems, and scientific computing.
