Miguel Jesús Roca Adrover

Miguel Jesús Roca Adrover is a University Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Construction at the University of the Balearic Islands, specializing in Electronic Technology. He is the Principal Investigator of the Electronic Engineering Research Group (GEE) and a member of the Interdisciplinary Group on Energy and Sustainable Technologies (GIEST).

His research focuses on the design and analysis of microelectronic circuits, particularly sensors, requiring deep expertise in analog electronics and electronic instrumentation. With a career spanning since 1992, he has earned five teaching quinquennia, five research sexennia, and one knowledge transfer sexennium, reflecting sustained excellence in academic contributions.

He teaches core subjects such as Electrical Circuits, Analog Electronics, and Electronic Instrumentation across various degree programs including Physics, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, and Industrial Engineering at both undergraduate and master's levels. He is actively involved in thesis supervision, currently directing doctoral students in the Electronic Engineering PhD program.
