Miguel Hermanns

Miguel Hermanns serves as a Professor in the Department of Fluid Mechanics and Aerospace Propulsion at the Technical University of Madrid, holding his current University Professor position since August 2, 2021, after serving as an Interim University Professor from October 20, 2006.

His research spans interdisciplinary engineering and physics domains with emphasis on:

• Applied Mathematics and Thermodynamics
• Mechanical, Energy, and Fluid Engineering systems
• Condensed Matter Physics applications
• Industrial manufacturing processes
• Energy conversion technologies
• Fluid dynamics and combustion phenomena

He actively contributes to the research group Analysis and experimentation in fluid mechanics and combustion, a position he has held since June 14, 2005.
