Dr. Michelle Pecheck serves as a Lecturer in the Hospitality Management program within the College of Health & Human Services at California State University, Long Beach, where she teaches courses in the hospitality curriculum and maintains an office in FCS-106A.
Her academic focus centers on Hospitality Management, with specialized interests in Tourism operations, Event Management protocols, Food and Beverage Management systems, and Hospitality Education methodologies. She engages students through structured coursework while emphasizing industry-relevant practical applications.
