Michelle Patch is an Associate Professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, with international expertise in forensic nursing, patient safety, and trauma response. Her work spans crisis management, violence prevention, and disaster preparedness, particularly focusing on intimate partner violence and firearm-related injuries.
- Affiliated with Johns Hopkins centers: Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety, Center for Gun Violence Solutions, and Center for Women’s Health, Sex, and Gender Research.
- A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (AAN) and Vice Chair of its Trauma and Violence Expert Panel.
