Michelle Hannah is a Lecturer at The Glasgow School of Art and a Visiting Lecturer at Edinburgh College of Art, based in Glasgow. Their interdisciplinary practice as an artist and performer centers on excavating queer presence through photomontage, 3D imagery, sound, AI, and vocal performances, with current research exploring queer consciousness, parapsychology, noise/trauma, and cosmic pessimism.
Research interests manifest in diverse creative outputs including dystopian cabaret nights, thematic music gigs, late-night radio shows, and cosmic horror screenings. They have exhibited internationally at venues such as Talbot Rice Gallery Edinburgh, HOME Manchester, CGP London, ZKU Berlin, and CCA Glasgow.
