Michelle G. Hofmann serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program at the Eccles School of Business, University of Utah, leveraging her dual clinical and administrative expertise in pediatric healthcare systems.
Her educational background includes undergraduate and postgraduate public health studies at the University of Utah, an M.D. from Albany Medical College, pediatric residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Pediatric Critical Care fellowship at the University of Utah. With over 14 years of clinical experience as a pediatric hospitalist across Primary Children's and Riverton Hospitals, she has held pivotal leadership roles including Medical Director of Riverton Hospital's Children's Unit and Pediatric Department Chair.
Her professional focus centers on healthcare administration for complex pediatric populations, specializing in clinical quality improvement systems and subacute care management for medically fragile children. Currently serving as Pediatric Medical Director at NeuroRestorative in Riverton, Utah, she provides specialized care for technology-dependent children with chronic illnesses while bridging clinical practice with healthcare leadership education.
