Michelle Floris-Moore

Michelle Floris-Moore, MD, MS is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. She serves as Program Director of the UNC Infectious Diseases Training Program (ID Fellowship program) and provides clinical care through the UNC ID Clinic and ID Consult Service.

Dr. Floris-Moore is an ID physician and clinician researcher with expertise in prospective cohort investigations of the impact of HIV-related inflammation on aging and cardio-metabolic risk. Her research focuses on HIV medicine, Non-AIDS HIV co-morbidities, and the intersection of infectious diseases with chronic health conditions.
