Michelle Crow is a Senior Lecturer at Cornell University and Director of the English Language Support Office within the John S. Knight Institute for Writing in the Disciplines. She is affiliated with the College of Arts and Sciences and supports multilingual graduate and professional students across all ten colleges at Cornell.

Her publications include influential books such as Sustainable WAC, Supporting Graduate Writers, and WAC and Second Language Writers. These works highlight trends in interdisciplinary writing support, curriculum development, and inclusive pedagogy, particularly for multilingual graduate students. Her scholarship appears in leading journals like Across the Disciplines, The WAC Journal, and Composition Studies.
