Michelle Cole is an Associate Clinical Professor and Director of Global Initiatives at the University of Connecticut School of Nursing. With over 20 years of clinical experience and a decade in higher education, her research focuses on nursing education, simulation, pediatric nursing, and child healthcare needs.
She developed the Brazilian Portuguese version of GraphoGame and led COVID-19 vaccination coordination efforts. Her educational background includes a DNP from University of Massachusetts, MSN from University of Hartford, and BSN from St. Joseph College.
Key publications address cultural sensitivity in healthcare, pediatric end-of-life simulation training, and methodologies for international clinical placements in nursing education.
