Michelle Burt

Michelle Burt is a Lecturer in the Mathematics Department at The University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Leadership (in progress) from Sam Houston State University, a Master's in Mathematics from Northern Arizona University, and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Ouachita Baptist University. Her research focuses on corequisite course efficacy and math anxiety mitigation, while her teaching emphasizes developmental mathematics and service-based learning.
