Michele S Worley is an Assistant Professor of Education at Liberty University's School of Education, with over 20 years dedicated to Christian education. She holds an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in Curriculum & Instruction from Liberty University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.), and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UNC-Greensboro. Currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction, her research focuses on Christian education and Biblical worldview integration.
She has served at Liberty University for over 7 years in administrative roles within the Career Center and School of Education, alongside teaching both residential and online courses. As a faculty sponsor of the PACE student club (Professional Association of Christian Educators), she actively supports ACSI accreditation initiatives and is dedicating her doctoral research to advancing Christian educational practices.
Her professional contributions include multiple ACSI accreditation visits and leadership in educational administration. While no specific grants or awards are documented, her work emphasizes practical applications of faith-based pedagogy in curriculum design and teacher training.
