Michele Crespo-Fierro is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the LEAD Honors Program at NYU Meyers College of Nursing, New York University. She is a recognized leader in nursing education and health equity, with a strong focus on culturally congruent, linguistically appropriate care for diverse populations, particularly Latinx communities. Her work emphasizes leadership development, community trust-building, and dismantling health disparities.
