Michel Boudreaux

Dr. Michel Boudreaux is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the University of Maryland's School of Public Health. He holds a Ph.D. in Health Services Research, Policy, and Administration from the University of Minnesota (2014), an M.S. from the same institution (2009), and a B.A. in Religion from Augsburg College (2003). His research focuses on health policy's impact on socioeconomic outcomes, particularly among marginalized populations, and on improving federal survey methods for health access measurement.
