Michał Peno

Dr. Michał Peno is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin. His research focuses on legal philosophy, legal theory, restorative justice, and criminal law theory. He holds a doctoral degree from the University of Szczecin and has been awarded a MINIATURA Grant from the National Science Centre for his work on paternalism and restorative justice. He is also a scholarship holder from the University of Greifswald.

• PhD (2014) from University of Szczecin with a dissertation on legal responsibility and contemporary philosophy

Research Interests:
