Michał Kobielarz is an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics within the Faculty of Economics and Business at KU Leuven. His research focuses on international macroeconomics, monetary economics, and numerical methods applied to monetary unions. He actively supervises PhD students and leads major research projects such as Essays in Macroeconomics (2022–2028) and Voluntary Participation and Exit in International Unions (2023–2026).
