Michał Karoński

Michał Karoński is a Professor of Mathematics at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, where he heads the Department of Discrete Mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science. He is renowned for his work in random discrete structures, probabilistic combinatorics, graph theory, and algorithm design.

• Academic Leadership: Co-founded the international journal Random Structures & Algorithms in 1990 and serves as its Editor-in-Chief alongside Noga Alon and Andrzej Ruciński.
