Dr. hab. Michał Balcerzak is a Professor at the University of Szczecin's Faculty of Law and Administration. His research focuses on public international law, particularly international human rights protection, judicial systems, and international organizations. He holds a doctoral degree (2007) and habilitation (2014) from Nicolaus Copernicus University, specializing in international human rights law and state responsibility under the European Convention on Human Rights.
