Michal Potran is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry in Pančevo, specializing in Clinical Dentistry with a focus on Prosthodontics. He completed his Doctorate (2015) and specialization in Prosthodontics (2020) at the Medical Faculty of the University of Novi Sad.
His research explores dental biomaterials, prosthetic design, and digital dentistry technologies, with emphasis on:
- Biocompatibility testing of polymeric denture materials
- CAD/CAM systems in dental restoration
- Mechanical optimization of dental prosthetics
He has authored 45+ scientific publications (including 6 in impact factor journals) with 75+ citations (h-index:5), primarily focusing on clinical applications of dental materials science.
