Michaela Maria Aschan is a Professor of Fisheries Biology and Management at the Norwegian Fisheries College (UiT The Arctic University of Norway). She leads the Changing Arctic Research School and conducts climate change impact research on marine ecosystems, focusing on benthic communities, fish populations, and ecosystem resilience.
